Hallam Land Management Limited has been acquiring, promoting, developing and trading in land since 1990. As a leading member of the Henry Boot Group of Companies, HLM has established a particularly impressive track record in resolving planning and technical problems in order to secure planning permissions and to release land for a variety of developments.

With our head office in Sheffield and regional offices based across the country, we operate nationally in working with landowners, developers, local authorities, communities and other parties to bring forward new development opportunities.

HLM currently has interests in close to 6,000 acres of land through ownership, option and agency agreements.
