A prime example of this mixed-use strategy is to be seen at Oxclose Park in Sheffield, where we are successfully promoting a sustainable environment on land adjacent to the Sheffield Supertram route. The site is in a fast developing area of Sheffield, and already incorporates a large supermarket, a manufacturing and warehouse complex, a retail unit and over 70 houses.
