HALLAM LAND MANAGEMENT LIMITED - IMPROVED RESULTS FOR 2011

2 May 2012

Hallam Land had a very successful year in 2011 in terms of its trading activity and also in securing new planning commitments.

The trading performance for the year has improved on the last two years with external turnover of 30.1 million pounds and a profit before tax of 11.1 million pounds.

We are one of the largest land promoters in the country with a land bank at 31st December 2011 of some 8,051 acres, which includes some 1,800 acres with either a planning consent or a local plan allocation. The land bank figure has now risen to 8,760 as at 30th April 2012.

We now have a portfolio of 120 sites throughout England, Scotland and Wales, and we expect to add to this figure over the next three to four years.
