Motorway Services
Following deregulation of motorway service areas by the Government in 1992, HLM responded to the opportunity created by identifying and promoting several sites on the motorway network.
We have been successful in our promotion of three sites at Stafford (M6), Donington Park (M1) and Telford (M54) and all three are now built and trading. Donington Park marked a concept in MSA design by combining a hotel and amenity facility in one large building which makes a striking impression in the gateway area to East Midlands Airport.
