Regional map showing London and surrounding buroughs.

Hallam Land Management, one of the market’s leading land promoters, is delighted to announce that the business is increasing its existing southern reach by forming two new regions in the south east of England.

The creation of these new regions will enable the business to increase its investment and coverage in this important part of the country, as part of its wider continued growth strategy.

The new regions are:

  • South Eastern; led by Iain MacSween, covering East Sussex, Kent, Essex and Hertfordshire; and
  • South; led by Ruth McKeown, covering West Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and the southern extremities of Buckinghamshire.

The two regions will also continue to work collaboratively on securing opportunities within and around Greater London, a relatively new growth area for the business. Both regions will operate from Hallam Land Management’s central London office.

The new South Eastern and South Regions are actively pursuing more land to add to our strong portfolios. Specifically:

  • Promotion, Option or Freehold Purchase opportunities;
  • 10+ acres, with no upper range;
  • Have potential for residential, commercial or mixed uses; and
  • Generally require the principle of development to be established.

Please get in touch with any opportunities you would like to discuss.
