Completed Sale of 471 residential plots in Kilmarnock

Hallam Land Management (HLM), has recently completed the sale of 471 residential plots in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire to national housebuilder Barratt David Wilson Ltd. The transaction represents the balance of a larger freehold site with the benefit of Planning Permission in Principle for residential development with the initial Phase of 133 units having been sold in 2019, also to Barratt David Wilson Ltd. Crucial to the delivery of the site was the provision by HLM of £2.3m of initial infrastructure investment relating to the main distributor road, utility provision and both foul and surface water drainage.
