Hallam Land has secured outline planning permission for up to 75 homes (10% of which will be affordable) in Stocksbridge, Sheffield. The scheme will include a significant area of public open space which will help to deliver a Biodiversity Net Gain in excess of 10%.

The scheme follows on from Hallam’s previous successful planning appeal in the nearby village of Deepcar where the Planning Inspectorate accepted our case that Sheffield City Council could not demonstrate a five-year supply of housing land and that the relevant Local Plan housing policies are out of date.

Having worked positively with the Local Authority during the course of the planning application Hallam Land are pleased to deliver a scheme which will deliver much-needed family housing to an area located just outside of the Peak District National Park.
