Hallam Land secures planning permission at Ambrosden, Oxfordshire

Hallam Land Management is pleased to announce that our South West team has secured outline planning permission for 75 dwellings (including bungalows and 35% affordable housing) in Ambrosden, Oxfordshire. Alongside affordable housing, the scheme will deliver a 26% biodiversity net gain and £850,000 in other financial contributions towards healthcare, education, and public right-of-way improvements. Each plot included in the scheme will also be developed with an electric charging point.

Having worked positively with the Parish Council, Hallam Land has included within the scheme a much-needed 11-acre community woodland. The Parish Council were keen to include these outdoor spaces to enhance the community and tranquil spaces within the village. In addition, Hallam Land are also delivering highway improvements along Blackthorn Road which will include a new controlled crossing in front of the primary school to improve highway safety.
