Hallam Land secured an interest on this 33-acre site and entered into Option Agreements with two landowners, as well as acquiring an overage from a local Trust who had historically sold their adjoining land to a national builder.

Despite a previous planning refusal, combined with strong local objections and concerns over the site’s proximity to a Grade I Listed Building and Conservation Area, Hallam Land persevered with the promotion and gained an allocation in the Council’s Draft Site Allocations Plan, and then secured planning approval for 100 plots and a primary school. This site has now been sold to Barratt David Wilson Homes.
