New homes built on land promoted by Hallam Land.

Following a refusal on the application, which was then dismissed at Appeal, Hallam Land successfully challenged the Appeal decision at the High Court, getting the decision quashed.

This resulted in the resumption of the Appeal, which was subsequently then allowed granting planning permissions for 195 plots. The site has now been sold to Miller Homes.
