We have offices in Sheffield, London, Glasgow, Leeds, Northampton and Bristol. Due to continued business growth and success, we are expanding our team and have exciting opportunities available for Development Planners / Surveyors at various levels, from entry through to senior professionals.

We operate agile working within each of the regions and are keen to hear from candidates located in South Yorkshire, Midlands, London, South East of England and South West of England.

The Role

Ultimately, you will be responsible for supporting the regional team in identifying, acquiring, and promoting land within your local region. You will be involved in all aspects of the strategic land lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities, managing schemes through the planning process and assisting in the land sale. You will also:

  • Keep updated on prevailing market conditions, planning policies, and legal frameworks.
  • Prepare submissions for agents and landowners.
  • Foster and grow a close working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
