In recent years we have successfully secured permission for a wide range of new industrial / distribution parks and large-scale distribution warehouses.
Infrastructure Delivery
Our ability to install infrastructure, from strategic highway, primary and secondary schools, bridged over railway lines and utilities sets us apart from our competitors. Through an internal funding model, we are able to install infrastructure and unlock trickier sites. Where we have the ability to sell fully serviced land parcels, we can further enhance sites.
