Promotion Announcement
Hallam Land is delighted to announce that there have been two promotions in both the North Midlands and Scotland offices.
Matt Pruce, who joined the North Midlands office in 2021 as a Development Planner, has been promoted to Senior Development Planner. Matt will assist his colleagues in commercial, contractual and technical matters and be more responsible for managing Hallam Land’s portfolio of sites and identifying new development opportunities.

Gillian Smith, who joined our Scotland office four years ago, has been promoted to Senior Land and Planning Manager. Gillian will continue to manage the end-to-end cycle for various projects, with increasing responsibility for more complex projects and will lead and manage the internal and external teams to appropriately appraise new opportunities.
"I am excited to start my new position as Senior Land and Planning Manager and I look forward to expanding my role to meet the competencies and behaviours expected at this level."
