Hallam Land secures planning permission at Melksham, Wiltshire

Hallam Land Management is pleased to announce that our South West team has secured outline planning permission for up to 210 plot (including 30% affordable housing) at Melksham, Wiltshire. The site will also include a 70-bed care home and infrastructure for Electric Vehicle Charging for each plot.

The scheme will also deliver a multi-use games area, allotments, community orchard and pedestrian/cycle improvements.
