Celebrating Our Team’s Success: Announcing Recent Promotions
At Hallam Land, we take great pride in cultivating an environment that encourages the growth and development of our colleagues. It is with enthusiasm that we announce the well-deserved promotions of several distinguished team members. Their diligence, commitment, and exceptional contributions have profoundly influenced the success of our team.
Within our South Midlands division, Tom Thornewill, who has been an integral member of the team since 2012, and Marcia Whitehead, have been appointed as Directors for the region. Regarding this new responsibility, Tom expressed: “I am delighted to have been promoted to the role of Director at Hallam Land. I eagerly anticipate the new responsibilities, as well as continuing to collaborate with the team to advance the numerous outstanding sites within Hallam Land’s portfolio and secure additional new opportunities, particularly in light of the recent update to the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) published in late 2024.”
Adam Masters, an essential member of the North division, has been elevated to the position of Senior Land & Planning Manager. Meanwhile, the South West team has undergone considerable transitions, resulting in four new appointments. Lauren Cook has assumed the role of Principal Planner, and Hal Parsons has been appointed as Senior Land & Planning Manager. Furthermore, Ben Meynell and Lawrence Dungworth have both taken on the roles of Directors.
