Hallam Land has completed the sale of 90 homes in West Lothian

Hallam Land, has completed the sale of 90 homes in East Calder, West Lothian, to housebuilder, Miller Homes.

Hallam Land acquired the freehold of the site in 2016 before submitting an outline application in February 2021. Hallam Land successfully secured a planning consent  in January 2023 following an appeal and has subsequently sold the site to Miller Homes in March 2025.

The planning consent for the site includes 90 homes (25% affordable), Greenspace improvements (improved public access), including improved biodiversity and access to the Linhouse Water. Contributions will also be made towards education provision and enhanced local play facilities.

The next phase of the site will be to promote the remaining 40 acres through the next Local Development Plan for residential development.
