Will Martin has been promoted to Director of our North team, reflecting Will’s exceptional leadership and strategic insight in driving forward key projects and strengthening our land portfolio.

Tom Wilsher and Charlie Reynolds from our South Eastern and South teams, respectively, have both been promoted to Associate Director. Their expertise and dedication have been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes for our clients and partners, and these promotions acknowledge their continued impact within the business.

Jack Martin-King and Lauren White have stepped up to the role of Senior Land & Planning Manager. Both have demonstrated remarkable skill in navigating complex planning processes and securing opportunities that align with our growth ambitions.

Finally, Rachael Robertson from our Scotland team has been promoted to Senior Development Planner, recognising Rachael’s invaluable contribution to shaping sustainable developments and supporting our planning strategies.
