Hallam Land worked in close partnership with Alton Town Council to deliver a legacy scheme on behalf of the landowners, Winchester College.

We promoted the site through the Alton Neighbourhood Plan, successfully securing an allocation, and planning permission for 180 plots with associated highways, access, drainage landscaping, and open space.

The scheme was sold to Redrow Homes in 2016 and is currently under construction. We are now working on the promotion of another scheme at Alton which has been identified as an option in the emerging Local Plan and has capacity for circa 225 plots.
