This significant site is wholly located within the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and Hallam Land successfully promoted its development through the West Dorset, Weymouth, and Portland Local Plan

We secured planning permission in May 2019 for 760 plots and further mixed-use development, which was subsequently challenged. The planning permission was successfully defended at the High Court in 2020 and the sale of the site to a national housebuilder was completed in 2022
