Cambusbarron, Stirling

Site extending to 34 acres in total. Hallam Land identified a shortfall in the Stirling Council Housing Land Supply and submitted an outline application to Stirling for circa 170 units in 2014.

A full project team was appointed to assemble the planning application including Planning Consultant, Landscape Designer, Ecologist, Civil & Structural Engineer and Transport Consultant.

An Outline Application for up to 170 units was refused by Stirling Council, however consent was granted at appeal in 2018.

The site was fully marketed and a competitive closing date achieved and David Wilson Homes were selected as preferred bidder and the site was sold on an unconditional basis. Hallam have since signed up land adjacent towards the north of the site, acting as phase 2 of the development of which is currently being promoted to the next LDP.
