Blackfield End Farm and Clifton House Farm, Warton, Fylde

Hallam had in excess of 84 acres of land split across 2 different ownerships to the west of Warton, on the Fylde coast.

In Autumn 2015, Hallam secured outline planning permission (via appeal for non-determination) on 45 acres for up to 360 houses and obtained reserved matters for 333 houses in Spring 2018 which was sold to a national Housebuilder in Summer 2018.

A further permission, again via appeal for non-determination, for approximately 9 acres was granted in Spring 2017 for up to 115 houses, and Hallam will continue to promote the remainder of the land through the planning process as the Local Plan evolves.
