This site formed part of an emerging allocation for 2,550 plots, and Hallam Land worked in partnership with Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes to masterplan the full site capacity, and delivery strategy, in order to achieve a cohesive and comprehensive solution rather than piecemeal development.
