Following the initial refusal of the outline planning application, Hallam Land appealed against this decision, which was ultimately ‘called in’ by the Secretary of State who allowed the Appeal. We secured planning consent for 650 plots and a Primary School.  The site was sold unconditionally on the back of an outline consent to Avant Homes in 2022.
