Hallam Land were selected by the Trustees to promote this sensitively located 13 acre site.  We were able to design a scheme that positively responded to the constraints on this site.  Given the Estate’s position within the village, we engaged with the local community to address any of their concerns about the proposed development and gained local support for the scheme.  We secured consent via appeal for 90 units and a 60-bed care home.  At the request of the Estate, we created a Design Code for the scheme to ensure that the end developer built the homes in line with the style desired by the Estate.

We are now promoting a further 16.5 acre site for same landowner to provide circa 105 high quality new homes around a Community Core.
