Hallam Land originally agreed an option with the landowners on the site.  Consent was obtained on a duplicate application when the original application was refused by Council Members despite a recommendation by approval by Officers. Following the submission of an appeal, which was withdrawn when the Council approved a duplicate application, we sold the site in 2 phases to Linden Homes and Barratt Homes. The developer of the first phase was required to put in infrastructure to service the whole site.

We are now promoting a further 62 acres to the south of the site  for same landowner to provide circa120 new homes and associated infrastructure.
