For the successful promotion of this site, Hallam worked collaboratively with Arun District Council and another adjacent site to facilitate the required highways improvements. Hallam’s design was sympathetic to the views from the from the South Downs National Park. Following our success with this site, we then progressed to promote and secure planning permission for a further 106 new homes for the landowner as the next phase of the development.
