Robeys Lane, Tamworth

Hallam have been involved in the delivery of this urban extension since 2014. The scheme is currently submitted for planning for 1,370 dwellings. The mixed-use scheme also includes a primary school, local centre, football pitches and extensive open space alongside significant enabling infrastructure; including a new roundabout on the arterial road for site access and over 4km of HV cabling to lay.

Hallam have carefully navigated cross boundary issues with the site being located within two Local Authorities, to bring forward a significant urban extension to Tamworth which maintains an area of separation to the east.
