Within 21 months of Hallam securing an interest in the site, an outline permission was obtained and the site sold. Delivering 535 homes, community hall, sports pitches and local retail store.

Upon entering an Agreement in 2015, Hallam identified an opportunity to promote the site within the emerging Stratford District Council Core Strategy, resulting in the site securing a draft Allocation later that year in parallel with a planning application being lodged. Outline planning permission was then granted in December 2016 with the site sold to Taylor Wimpey in May 2017.
