Planning permission for 200 homes in Malvern

Hallam Land is pleased to share that they have secured outline planning permission for 200 homes in Malvern, Worcestershire.

At Malvern, Hallam Land secured an option with the landowner and submitted a planning application in December 2023.  An outline planning application was secured in March 2025 for 200 homes, of which 40% are affordable, as well as 16 acres of new green open spaces including a playground.

The Biodiversity Net Gain calculation forecasts a 14% net gain for surrounding habitats. It is expected that there will be strong interest in these homes as there is a significant shortfall of both private and affordable homes.
